Parent Support Group
The Temasek Parent Support Group (PSG) was formed in 2001, with the primary objective of getting parents involved to partner the school in providing a holistic and enriching academic journey for our children. Echoing the school’s motto of “We Care”, the PSG’s motto of “We Also Care” reflects the PSG’s commitment to work with the School Administration, the School Advisory Committee and the Alumni to organise various events and activities to create a vibrant Temasek community to nurture every child’s growth and wellbeing,
The PSG looks forward to engaging the parent community to build a vibrant community. The members have volunteered their services in mentoring students, sourcing professionals to give enriching talks, and help in establishing networking and fundraising activities. More importantly, the PSG works closely with the school to foster a deeper understanding between the school administration and to build a mutually healthy relationship. This partnership and bond will not only help the school to grow in fulfilling its aspirations but also serve the cause of education and facilitate rendering something back to the community at large.
he PSG is actively involved in the various school events throughout the school year. We warmly welcome parents who are able to volunteer their time and expertise to participate in the various school events such as Racial Harmony Day, Movie Night, Grad Night, Mental Health Awareness Week and many more. The PSG also support the school in fundraising for school projects.
The PSG hopes to engage all parents through the level chat groups, where we will share more information on upcoming events and activities, as well as to provide support for each other in this warm and caring community.
